Geltime tester (ASTM D4217) : This is another step to ensure the powder is well formulated and the baking condition can be easily obtained during customer application.

Conical Bend test (ASTM D522) : This is also an instrument for testing the mechanical property of the finished coating film.

Pencil Hardness ( ASTM D3363 ): This is for testing the anti-scratching property of the baked coating film by using appropriate force to slide a certain hard pencil on the coated surface. The good result might leave no visible pencil mark on the tested area.

Cross-cut (Crosshatch) adhesion test (ASTM D3359) : The test is performed to examine the adhesion property of the coating film after finshing.

Particle size analyzer (ASTM B922-10) : The test is tending to control the particle size distribution within a suitable range for best effective coating result.

Sample powder tester: For every single batch after productioning, our QC team will perform prompt application on sample steel panel or on uncoated sample given by customer and evaluate quality through all necessary tests.

Salt Spray Frog Test LIB (ASTM B117): This environmental test chamber is used to test the anti-corrosion quality of finished coating. 5% NaCl diluted fog will be spray directly on the marked area within a period of time required (300hrs, 500hrs..)
